【摘要】 目的：应用放射免疫分析方法研究黄芪甲式对胰岛素和C肽的作用。方法：用3种不同浓度黄芪甲甙溶液给Wistar大鼠腹腔注射，于第3、4、5周取血测定大鼠血浆中胰岛素和C肽含量。结果：经统计学处理发现，经黄芪甲甙作用，大鼠血浆中胰岛素和C肽含量各实验组与对照组相比存在显著差异（P＜0.5），并随作用时间延长，分泌作用增加。结论：黄芪甲甙具有促进胰岛素和C肽分泌作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 We studied the effects of Asl on insulin and C-peptide by radioi-mmunoassay We injected three different concentrations of Asl liquores into wistars by intraperitoneal injection the contents ofinsulin and C-peptide were measured at weeks 3, 4 and 5 We discovered that the contents of insulin and C-peptide were significantly different between the experiment group and control group (P＜0.05). The secretion of insulin and c-peptide increased gradually with the prolonging action of Asl. It is suggestedthat Asl promotes the insulin and C-peptide secretion.更多还原
