【摘要】 目的：探讨中西医结合方法治疗牙周病的机理。方法：将292例牙周病患者随机分成两组，西医治疗组（对照组）164例，中西医结合治疗组（治疗组）128例，除西药治疗外，口服中药煎剂。结果：治疗组总有效率为92．96％，对照组75．6％，两组比较有显著性差异（P＜0.01）．结论：中西医结合治疗牙同病是非常有效的方法，其作用机理可能有以下几个方面：①降低了血液粘度，增加细胞的韧性，使血流通畅。②通过增加前列环素I2(PGI2)和降低血栓素A2（TXA2）含量使血管扩张，降低血小板凝集性，以利于牙周组织的血液供应。③提高了超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活力，减轻自由基对牙周组织的损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective; To explore the mechanisms of periodontal diseases treated using integrated traditional Chinese andWestem medicine (TCM-WM). Methods f Two hundred and ninty-tWo patientS with periodontitis were divided into tWo groups 128 treated using the method of integratedTCM-WM and the other 164 treated using western medicine alone-as control. Results: Thetotal effective rate of the treated group was 92.96%,and that of the control group was 75.60%, with significant difference between twogroups, P＜0.01. Conclusion: The integrated method is very effective in treating sudden debo. Its mechanism might ① decrease the blood viscosity and the red blood cell tenacity, so that the blood stream is passing smoothly. ② decnae the plasma TXA2 level and increase the PGI2 level, keeping the blood supply to the periodontal tissue. ③ increase the activity of SOD and clear away the free radicals so as to reduce the damage to the periodontal tissue.更多还原
