【摘要】 本文通过对10例口腔粘膜扁平苔藓（OLP）标本进行网织纤维染色、核仁蛋白组成区（AgNoR）嗜银染色，抗S-100蛋白多克隆抗体免疫组化研究总结发现OLP中，Langerhan’s细胞（LCS）及核仁组成区嗜银蛋白较正常对照组明显增加，网织染色见基底膜不完整，网织纤维较正常对照组多，因而推测LCS对OLP发病有重要意义，且其上皮细胞增殖极为活跃，属癌前病变。更多还原

【Abstract】 We inmmunostained and argent stained ten samples of normal oral mucosa and OLP mucosa in order to study OLP’S biological feature. The results showed reticular fiber increased in OLP mucosa, epithelial tissue was destroyed and at the same time connective tissue changed greatly. LCS and AgNoR were obviously higher in the experimental group than those of the normal group, which implied epithelial cells grew abnormally.We concluded that OLP was oral precancerous lesions,distribution of S-100 positive cells implied that Langerher’s cell was related to the cause of OLP.更多还原
