高等教育成本多元化负担系统的研究

【摘要】 分析了我国高等教育资金短缺的现状,提出了高等教育成本负担多元化体系的模型,并阐述了实现高等教育成本负担多元化的措施.

【Abstract】 First, the conditions of lacking money about high education are analysed in this paper, and then a model is provided for financing high education system in many ways, and lastly, the concrete measures are interpreted for accomplishing our tentative ideas.
