【摘要】 1998年中国石油天然气集团公司在国际油价持续下跌等不利条件下,狠抓“四落实”,突出重点勘探项目,注重探明储量质量,提高勘探技术含量,工程技术攻关取得明显的勘探成效,扩展了新的油气勘探领域,勘探效益有了明显提高。1999年集团公司将充分考虑市场的需求,进一步提高勘探效益,坚持科学勘探,狠抓战略突破,改变勘探经营方式,提高决策水平,降低勘探成本,实现勘探效益的不断提高和资源的战略接替。更多还原

【Abstract】 In spite of the disadvantages of the slump of the international oil price in 1998, CNPC made great efforts to explore the important projects, pay great attention to the quality of proven reserves and improve the exploration technologies. Outstanding exploration achievements had been made by the key scientific and engineering projects, the new areas for.petroleum exPloration had been opened up, and the exploration benefit had been improved significantly. Taking the market demand into full consideration, in 1999, CNPC will further improve exploration benefit through scientific exploration and strategic breakthrough, changing operation way of exploration, improving decision-making level and decreasing exploration cost, in order to realize a better exploration benefit and the strategic replacement of resources.更多还原
