指状锥面包络环面蜗杆传动特性分析
Analysis of the transmmision charactristic of finge conical face enveloping ring worn
【摘要】 通过对指状锥面二次包络环面蜗杆传动进行啮合理论分析,提出了标准传动的通用数学模型。根据分析,△a修型、α角修型、△i修型可以消除齿面分布密集的原接触线,采用混合变位后,在全程上改变传动比,可以得到良好的接触区。

An excellent contact area can be obtained after adopting mixture displacement by changing transimmisive ratio in a full range.
