纯钛金属表面显微形态对骨细胞生长的影响
Effect of the Micro-structure of Pure Titaniam Material
【摘要】 为了解纯钛材料表面微型态对骨界面的影响 ,选择纯钛材料表面经化学处理、喷沙处理和抛光处理后 ,观察其对培养骨细胞的作用。扫描电镜观察结果表明 ,化学处理组和喷沙组材料表面都可形成凹凸的粗糙面 ,使材料表面积增加 ,有利于骨细胞附着。但化学处理组比喷沙组表面更清洁 ,更有利于骨细胞生长。
【Abstract】 Pure titanium material surfaces were treated by chemical, sand blast and polishing methods respectively to make different types of surfaces and were cultured with MC3T3 cells. The results of the scanning electron microscope observation showed that the surfaces treated either by the medical method or by the sand blast were rough, which enlarged the surface areas and benefited the attachment of the osteocytes as well. But the medical method is cleaner than the sand blast one and more beneficial to the attachment of osteocytes.
