【摘要】 目的 :探讨塑化失败后根管再通的有效方法。方法 :对 79例 83只牙 184只根管塑化失败后的患牙分别采用手用法、机用法、超声法进行根管再通 ,并按此三种根管预备法分为三组进行比较。结果 :机用法比手用法和超声法成功率高 (0 .0 1<P <0 .0 5 ) ;在机用组中 ,前牙、双尖牙的成功率明显比磨牙高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :对直根管宜采用机用法 ,对弯曲根管宜采用手用或超声法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the effectiveness of three preparation methods for canals after resinifying therapy. Methods:184 canals after resinifing therapy were prepared by hand,enginedriven and ultrasonic techniques. Results: The canals number successfully prepared by enginedriven endodontic instrument were significantly more than the other two groups;There were no statistically significant differences between hand and ultrasonic technique. The canals of anterior teeth and premolars were prepared by enginedriven technique much more successfully than that of molars. Conclusions:It is effetive that we use enginedriven technique for straight canals and hand for curved after resinifying therapy.更多还原
