【摘要】 目的 :观察烤瓷熔附金属可摘局部义齿 (PFMRPD)在前牙修复中应用的临床效果。方法 :选择 14例前牙缺失患者 ,设计PFMRPD ,在金属支架上同时铸造金属内核并涂瓷熔附形成人工牙 ;通过调查表及临床检查进行评价。结果 :14例患者戴用PFMRPD 1个月后对修复体的满意指数为 95 .9% ;戴用 1月、6月、1年、2年的检查结果表明PFMRPD具有美观、舒适、坚固耐用、卫生、固位力强等优点。结论 :PFMRPD对于前牙缺失是一种较理想的修复体。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To observe the result of the application of the porcelain-fused-metal removable partial dentures (PFMRPD) for anterior teeth. Methods: PFMRPD with the artificial teeth manufactured by fusing porcelain to metal core was applied for 14 patients; the outcome was evaluated with both of questionaire and dentist’s examination. Results: The satisfaction index to the prostheses of the 14 patients was 95.9% after one-month treatment; the outcome of examination in 1 month, 6 months, 1 year and 2 years showed that PFMRPD was esthetic, comfortable, stable, hygienic and strongly retentive as an improved RPD. Conclusion: The improved PFMRPD is a preferable design of anterior tooth restoration.更多还原
