【摘要】 目的 :测量成人髁突钙化软骨带厚度并探讨与年龄、功能及其他带的关系。方法 :采用连续切片 ,多点测量法对 43例 19～ 74岁人髁突进行观测 ,并按青年组 (≤ 45岁 ) ,中年组 (46～ 5 9岁 )和较老年组 (6 0～ 74岁 )分别统计分析。结果 :髁突钙化软骨带厚度在各年龄组间无差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,且与年龄无相关关系 ;在负重区和非负重区间存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,并与增殖带和肥大带呈正相关关系。结论 :成人髁突钙化软骨带的厚薄受功能和相邻带的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To measure the thickness of the adult condylar calcified cartilage zone and investigate the relationships between the thickness of each zone, function and age. Methods: The thickness of 43 human condyles aged from 19 to 74 years were measured by way of serial sections and multiple locations and the statistical analyses were made in young group (≤45y),middle-aged group(46(59y) and the older group(60(74y) respectively. Results: There is no difference in the thickness of condylar calcified cartilage among groups(P>0.05) and no correlation between the thickness and age. However, there are significant differences between the thicknesses of load-bearing and nonload-bearing regions. Moreover, there are positive correlations between them and that of proliferation zone and hypertrophy zone. Conclusions: The thickness of adult condylar calcified cartilage zone is affected by that of load-bearing region and neighbor zones.更多还原
