【Abstract】 Objective: To determine the accessibility of the monoclonal antibody (McAb) to the surface of native protein on S.sobrinus 6715. Methods:The reactions of McAb or PcAbs against the major cell surface protein antigen of streptococcus sobrinus (PAg) with S.sobrinus 6715, S.mutans Ingbritt C, S.rattus BHT were investigated by an indirect immunogold labelling technique.
