【摘要】 目的：比较氟化物片剂对儿童龋病的预防作用。方法：对饮水氟含量为１．５７８×１０－ ５ｍ ｏｌ／Ｌ低氟区２ 所小学一年级５３０名７～８ 岁学生，使用氟化物片剂，进行群体防龋试验５年。结果：氟片组与对照组比较，试验５ 年患龋率、龋均、龋面均的降低率分别为４１．７６％ ，５７．１４％ ，５４．１２％ 。对第一恒磨牙龋均、龋面均的降低率分别为５０．９８％ 、４３．９４％ （Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。结论：使用氟化物片剂防龋效果明显，对磨牙窝沟龋也有一定的作用。在牙齿萌出的最初几年内，加强氟化物的应用，特别是局部应用，将会取得较好的防龋效果。本方法使用简单方便、经济，无毒副作用，在学校实施，可由学校教师及校医监督执行，易于管理，是一项值得在小学校推广应用的防龋措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the preventive effects of fluoride tablets on dental caries.Method:The comparative method was carried out in 530(285 male,245 female)subjects aged 7 to 8 who living in a fluoride deficient area(1.578×10 -5 mol/L in the drinking water).The subjects were divided into two groups.In the tested group(416 children)1.0mg of fluoride tablet was given.Results:The results demonstrated an overall reduction of 57.14%(DMFT) and 54.12%(DMFS) in the fluoride treated group,50.98%(DMFT) and 43.94%(DMFS) in the first molars.Conclusion:fluoride tablet is effective in the prevention of dental caries in children. Therefore combined use of fluoride tablet get most acceptable advancement for the prevention of dental caries in Chinese primary school children.更多还原
