【摘要】 目的研究导板在种植义齿治疗中对影像诊断和植入手术的导向作用方法采用自凝塑料涂布法及气压成形法制作在临床上对Branemark、CDIC、BLB等类型种植体的治疗过程中应用该技术结果利用导板承载钢珠摄取X线片可准确计算出摄像的畸变率有助于正确评价植入区的骨量同时应用导板上的人工牙的形态、导向孔及导向窗在兼顾修复学设计的前提下准确地掌握种植体植入颌骨中的位置、方向及角度结论导板技术对提高种植义齿的治疗质量有重要的临床应用价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of a dental guide on radiographic evaluation and surgical placement in the implant-prosthesis therapy.Methods:The guide made from the autopolymerizing resin impression and vacum-formed were applicated Clinically for Branemark,CDIC and BLM implants.Results:A radiographic guide containing given diameter sphere can be used to elimiate distoration and determine the bone quantity.A Surgical guied with artifical teeth,holes and windows can be used as guidances for surgeons to place implants as the most desirable location,direction and angulation in account of both anatomic structures of Jaw bone and future implant-prosthesis.Conclusions:A dental guide can be of very important clinical role in implant-prosthesis therapy.更多还原
