【摘要】 目的观察狗舌动脉一次性灌注氮芥对正常舌体组织的影响方法采用剂量为1mgml的抗癌药物氮芥1～2ml对狗舌动脉行一次性灌注于灌注后30min、1天、4天、8天切取狗注射侧舌体组织进行HE染色光镜观察结果光镜下见灌注药物后30min1、4、8天狗舌组织粘膜上皮细胞、结缔组织及肌纤维组织均未见明显变性、坏死等病理学改变结论舌动脉内一次性灌注化疗药物氮芥1.2mg1mgml不引起正常组织毒性刺激作用及损伤更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the reaction of the normal tissue after infusing anti-cancer drug(NH2).Methods:We used the anti-cancer drug NH2 to infuse into the lingual artery of the dog,30min,1、4、8days after infusing,the lingual tissue was cut down to prepare for morphological observation.Results:The obvious degeneration or necrosis had not been found in epithelium mucosae,connective tissue and muscle.Conclusions:Infusion of chemical drug(NH2,5mg/5ml)intra-lingual arterial has no significant injuries and toxicities to the normal tissue.更多还原
