【Abstract】 The change courses of micromegakaryocytes occuring in blood and bone marrow smears were analyzed in 36 cases of patients with CML. The results showed that frequencies of occurrence varied with the phases of CMLS. Consecutive observations of the numbers of micromegakaryocytes could help understand the disease’s progression and evolution, and could provide laboratory evidences for patients’ early treatment.更多还原
