【摘要】 实验共进行了云烟3个品种，3种施肥条件下九份样品的香气物质分析，测定出12类50种成分．其中烃类13种；酮10种；N-杂环化合物7种；酯4种；醇4种；呋喃3种；酸、酚各2种；酸酐、硝基化合物及胺类各一种．对于其中含量较大的香味物质进行了相对量的比较．从5g／株，8g／株和11g／株（氮）改变3种施肥量，观察主要香气成分含量的变化，并与评吸结果的季吃味进行相关分析，找出同品种不同施肥量及相同施肥条件不同品种间主要香味物质的差异；为选择优良品种，改善栽培条件，提高云烟品质提供一定理论依据．更多还原

【Abstract】 The main components of aroma matter in three Kinds of yunnan tonacco on different fertilizer -amotms were analyzed by GS/MS.There are fifty flavo constituents in nine samples were deter-mined. Main more than twenty aroma matter e. g: dimethy benzene, 2 - (1 - amine) - probenzne mehanol - 1, m - methyl, methybenzen, benzenthanol, soanon β - Damascone, β - Ionoe, cyclohexan, 1 - methyL - 2, 4, bis(1 - methylethenyl), 1, 2 - benzenedicarboxylic acid bis (2 - methoxyethyl), nephytadiene, nico-tine etc. were compared concentration each other when fertilizer amounts were changd. Found out the rule of main flavor constituents change on different fertilizer amounts. Put forwrd the theoretic fact for selecting improved breeds; raising the quality of Yunnan tonacco; improving Plant condition.更多还原
