【摘要】 给出了一个亚正定矩阵具有“优良”性质的宽泛条件，使文[3]中的定理成为本文定理的推论．
【Abstract】 In this paper, we get a more wide Condition for a meta-positive definite matrix with"Superior"Property and made Theorems in [3] the Corollaries in this paper.
