腹膜透析对腹腔巨噬细胞产生NO及腹膜形态结构变化的实验研究

【摘要】 应用模拟连续不卧床腹膜透析( C A P D)小鼠以研究两种腹膜透析液 Bieffe 和 Braun 对腹腔巨噬细胞( M)产生一氧化氮( N O)的影响及腹膜形态学改变⒚结果 Bieffe 组 N O 产量明显高于对照组; Braun 组 N O 产量在给药 10 d 至停药 10 d 也明显高于对照组;两给药组均伴不同程度腹膜间皮细胞脱落、腹膜增厚等改变,表明两种腹膜透析液连续给药可提高腹腔巨噬细胞的 N O 产量,这可能与长期 C A P D 时腹膜间皮细胞的损伤有关⒚

【Abstract】 The effect of PD fluids was made on the NO production by the peritoneal macrophages and the structural changes of the peritoneum. The result showed that the NO concentration in Bieffe group was much higher than that in the control, while in Braun group, the NO concentration was also higher than that in control when examined at the 10th day of PD and 10th day after the PD cessation. The mesothelial damages were observed in both PD groups, which suggested that the constant PD could lead to the higher NO concentration.
