【摘要】 为探讨淋巴细胞与肿瘤细胞混合培养中淋巴细胞分泌的细胞毒因子，采用３ Ｈ Ｔｄ Ｒ 掺入试验，测定淋巴细胞和肿瘤细胞混合培养（ Ｍ Ｌ Ｔ Ｃ）的上清液对艾氏腹水癌细胞（ Ｅ Ａ Ｃ）的细胞毒作用以及胸腺素对它的影响⒚结果表明：混合培养时间不同的 Ｍ Ｌ Ｔ Ｃ 上清对不同瘤龄的 Ｅ Ａ Ｃ 均具有明显的杀伤作用（ Ｐ＜ ０．０１）；胸腺素能显著增强 Ｍ Ｌ Ｔ Ｃ 上清对 Ｅ Ａ Ｃ 的细胞毒效应（ Ｐ＜ ０．０１）⒚说明在 Ｍ Ｌ Ｔ Ｃ 中，肿瘤细胞能刺激淋巴细胞转化，分泌特异的细胞因子来杀伤同种肿瘤细胞⒚更多还原

【Abstract】 H TdR incubated experiment has been conducted to test the cytotoxicity of MLTC supernatant fluids on Ehrlich Ascitic Carinomai (EAC) and thymosin as well. The result showed that MLTC supernatant fluids with different mixed culture time all had obvious killing effects on the different aged EAC ( P <0.01); thymosin could significantly strengthen the cytotoxicity of the MLTC supernatant fluids on EAC cells ( P < 0.01).更多还原
