【Abstract】 The coastal enterprises start to move and expand westwards because of the overall growing up of the cost and the changing of resources distribution setup,which possesses double significance for promoting the development and reform of inland regions where the reform and developme are delayed for deficiency in investment.In this way the coastal regions make room for the development of new industries and adjust the industrial structure of themselves.And for inputing essential factors the Midwest is able to accelerate enterprises reform and development and to narrow the developing gap between different regions in China.更多还原
