【摘要】 目的：探讨胃癌伴发胆囊炎，胆结石的病因学；方法：对36例胃癌伴友胆囊炎、胆结石的临床资料进行回顾性分析，用正态近似法进行u检验，比较标本率（胃癌伴发胆囊炎、胆结石的发病率）与总体率（胆囊炎、胆结石一般发病率）；结果：胃癌伴发胆囊炎、胆结石发病率高于一般胆囊炎、胆结石发病率，阐述其可能的发病机制；结论：胃癌对胆囊炎、胆结石的发病有一定影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective: To study the pathopnesis of stomah carcinoma complicating with cholecystitis and gall stone. Methods: RevieWably analyse the clinical materials of 36 cases of stomach careinoma complicating with cholecystitis and ed stone and perform u-test. Compare the sample rate(the incidence of carcinoma of stornah complicahng with cholecystitis and gall stone) with the total rate (the common incidence of cholecystitis and gall stone). Results: The incidence of stomach careinoma complicahng with choecystitis and gall stone is higher than that of cornmon cholecystihs and gall stone. Conclusion: The careinoma of stomach has influence on the coming-on of cholecystitis and gall stone.更多还原
