【Abstract】 objective: To probe into the influence of Tong Luo Pill on endothelin alteration during cerebral ischewha damag. Methods: Alteration of endothlin and therapeuhc effect of Tong Luo Pill were observed on cereball ernbolism patients and rat model of cerebral I/R injury. ResultS: Endothelin levels incuned during cerebral ischedria, and Tong Ino Pill allerated I/R induced tissue injury dramatically and inhibited the increase of endothelin levels. Conchaon: Endothelin plays an importatn role in cerbral ischethea damage and that the inhibitory action of Tong too Pill on endothelin release dright be one of its protective mechhosms against the cerbral ischethea trauma.更多还原
