【摘要】 目的：观察中西医结合治疗矮身材的疗效。方法：采用促生长激素释放剂可乐定联合滋阴补肾六味地黄丸治疗生长激素神经分泌功能不全的矮身材53例。男33人、女20人。15岁以下44人，15岁以上9人。服药前、后分别连续观察3mo－12mo每月生长速度进行对照。结果：15岁以下有效率达70．45％，15岁以上有效率仅11％。有效率与年龄呈负性关系。经统计学处理P＜0．01差异有显著意义。结论：可乐定联合六味地黄丸治疗生长激素神经分泌功能不全的矮身材近期疗效显著、经济实惠、副作用少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the curative effects of theating nanosomia in a therapy of combining tradtonal Chinese medicine with westem medicine. Methods: To priscribe clonidine (growth hormonagogue) and Liu Wei Dihuang pill (a chinese patent medicine for nourishing Yin and invigorating the kidney) to cure 53 cases of growth homione meurosecretory dysfunction, male: 33; female: 20; children above 15 years old: M; chilren under 15 yere old: 9. Their wt speed per month is observed and contrasted respectively for 3 months to 12 mouths before and after administration. Results: The effetiveness on the children under 15 years old is 70. 5%, that of the children over 15 yere old is 11%, the effectiveness is negative to age. The diffemce of statistical management (P < 0. 01) is of great significance. Conclusion:The short - term curative effect of combining clonidine with Liu Wei Dihuang pill to cure growth,hormone neurosecretory dysfunction is remarkable.
