【摘要】 目的：探讨端粒酶活性在消化道恶性肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法：使用改良的TRAP-银染法。结果：检测83例消化道肿瘤标本端粒酶活性，其中食道癌31例，阳性29例；胃癌30例，阳性24例；大肠癌22例，阳性20例。结论：改良TRAP-银染法检测消化道恶性肿瘤端粒酶活性对消化遣恶性肿瘤的诊断、预后及指导治疗有重要的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectie:To probe into the applicable value of telomerase actvity of esophageal cancer, gastric cancer and colorectal cancer by using silver staining telomerase repea amplification protocol (TRAP). Results: Among 83 cases with malignant carcinoma of digestive system the positive rate of telomerase activity was 93 .5% (29/31)in esophaseal cancer, 80. 0% (24/30) in gastric cancer,90. 9% (20/22) in colorectal cancer. Conclusion: Detection telomerase activity in patients with malignant carcinoma of digestive system could hele to evalute clinical patients and contribute to their treatment.更多还原
