【摘要】 目的 本研究介绍了牙科数字成像系统(RVG)的组成、功能、特点,并探讨了RVG在诊断牙体牙髓病方面的诊断价值。方法 对RVG和传统根尖周片(CPR)进行比较,由四名医师进行评判。结果 RVG在诊断邻(牙合)面龋坏、根尖周病变和观察牙周硬骨板及根管充填密合度方面均优于CPR。结论 RVG具有减少辐射,成像快、图像清晰、分辨率高、易贮存等特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study presented constitution and function and character of radio -visiography(RVG). Evaluation of RVG image quality in dental disease. Methods To compare RVG image with conventional periapical radiography (CPR). This images were randomly analysed by four evaluators. Results RVG was more diagnostically significant in carries detection in proximo-occlusal surface and periapical disease and in observation lamina dura and apical sealing efficacy of root canal filling. Conclusion RVG can reduce time and radiation exposure, increase image resolution, maximize diagnostic information from the image and have image and data base manager.更多还原
