用十二烷基磷酸酯浮选分离菱镁矿与白云石研究
Research on Separation of Mixed Minerals of Magnesite and Dolomite by Flotation With Dodecyl Phosphonate Ester as a Collector
【摘要】 从菱镁矿与白云石单矿物浮选试验结果可知,用十二:烷基磷酸酯作为捕收剂时 菱镁矿和白云石的可浮性非常接近。但当加入适当的抑制剂后,在一定条件下两种矿物 的可浮性存在着明显差异,为进一步验证,进行了两种矿物混合矿的浮选试验。结果表 明,用十二烷基磷酸酯作捕收剂,用水玻璃作抑制剂能在保证精矿产率的情况下,有效地 去除混合矿中的氧化钙杂质。
【Abstract】 From the experiments of the monomineral that is either magnesite or dolomite, we know that the respective flotability of the two minerals is similar when using using dodecyl phosphonate ester as a collector. But the differences of the two minerals in flotability are remarlkable after using certain appropriate depressor in certain condition. Experiments of mixed minerals are carried out in order to test this result. The experiments show that we can effectively remove CaO from mixed minerals while high recovery ratio of concentrate was still kept if dodecyl phosphonate ester is used as a collector and water glass as a depressor.
