【摘要】 目的:探讨根结线虫对丹参植株生理生化代谢及药材质量的影响。方法:采用蒽酮比色法。结果:丹参根部受根结线虫侵害后,其可溶性糖、淀粉与总碳水化合物含量均表现为先升高后降低,其中可溶性糖、总碳水化合物含量以轻度受害者最高,淀粉含量以中度受害者最高。结论:根结线虫侵害严重影响了丹参植株的初生代谢活动,最终使药材的质量发生变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 VE:Appoach to the plant physiology and biochemistry metabolism and the crude drug quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza by invasion of Root Knot nematodes. METHODS: Colorimetric analysis, was performed by the anthrone reagent. RESULTS: Those contents were increased at the outst and were decreasd later . The highest contents of soluble sugar and total carbohydrates appeared in the light invasion period and of starches in the middle invasion period. CONCLUSION :The first metabolism of the plant Salvia miltiorrhiza was affected deeply by RootKnot nematodes invasion and necessarily leaded to quality changed of Radix Salvia miltiorrhiza.更多还原
