【摘要】 研究了氧氟沙星与茜素的显色反应条件,并建立了分光光度法。在乙醇——水体系中发生显色反应。反应产物的入max=540nm,表观摩尔吸光系数是395×103L·cmp-1。相对标准偏差为12%(n=6)。应用拟定的方法测定胶囊中氧氟沙星的含量与药典方法相符,回收率符合要求更多还原

【Abstract】 The reaction conditions of ofloxacin and alizarin were studied spectrophoto metrically. In H 2O——CH 3CH 2OH solution, good resaults were obtained. The apparent molar absorptivities are 3 95×10 3l·mol -1 ·cm -1 .at 540nm, The liner range of Beer′s lan was 5～90ug·ml -1 . The standard deviation of six determination was 1 2%. The proposed method was satisfactorily applied to the determination of ofloxacin in capsules.更多还原
