【摘要】 对８０ 例蛛网膜下腔出血患者进行尼莫通治疗效果的对照研究，结果显示： 治疗组２ 周内临床症状、体征缓解／消失率明显高于对照组， 而１ 个月后致残、致死率明显低于对照组。结论： 尼莫通是防治蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛的有效药物， 发病后早期应用可提高疗效， 降低致残、致死率。更多还原

【Abstract】 The compare study about the effect of Nimotop was made by us in 80 patients with SAH The result showed that the relief or disappearance rate of clinical syndroms and signs in 40 patients of treatment group was much higher than that of 40 patients of control group within two weeks After one month the disability and mortality rate in therapy group was much lower than the control group Conclusions:Nimotop is an effective drug in preventing and treating cerebral vascular spasm causde by SAH Early usage of Nimotop can improve the clinical effect and decrease disability and mortality rate更多还原
