【Abstract】 The research was carried on with pharmacological effective method and analgesic effect (number reduction of maximum body twisting) was taken as drug effect index. Observe internal metabolism of the capsule, compute out the correlation parameter through computer program. It proved the capsule’s pharmacodynamic model was two compartment open model.更多还原
