【Abstract】 Environmental people -education is a new topic which must be studied by educational workers in colleges and universities. In order to make environmental people - education work well, we have to be fully aware of its function, properly deal with the relationship between soft environment and hard environment, and make great efforts to build a satisfactory partial environment.
