【Abstract】 This paper introduces the foundation concept of the agile manufacture,the criterions to implement and judge the agile manufacture,the environment to implement agile manufactute of the internal and external enterprises. A hybrid model of agile manufacture agile manufactute and enterprise resource planning is presented. The implementation conditions of this model are also presented.
