【摘要】 目的：寻求一种简单、无副作用、费用低，有效的治疗颈椎病椎病动脉型的方法。方法：采用传统手法加头面部诸多穴位及颈椎旋转手法１８３例，与传统手法及枕颌颈椎牵引１２０例比较，观察临床疗效。结果：治疗组平均治疗２５９疗程，对照组平均治疗４４２疗程，明显缩短病程，有效率及痊愈率均为Ｐ＜００１，差异有高度显著性。结论：传统手法解除肌肉痉挛；头面部手法改善血液循环；旋转手法松解椎—基底动脉痉挛、扭曲及压迫，并改善颈椎各小关节错位，维持椎体内外平衡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:A simple, effective, low cost method of treating cervical spondylopathy (vertebral artery type) with no side effect is discussed.Method:Traditional manipulation, acupuncture point stimulation and cervical rotation were used in treating 183 cases of cervical spondylopathy patients.These results were compared with those of 120 cervical spondylopathy patients treated with traditional manipulation and cervical traction.Result:The average period of treating group was 2.59 sessions while control group was 4.42 sessions.The effective rate,curing rate are significantly higher than those of control group.Conclusion:Traditional manipulation may release muscular spasticity.Massage on head and face may improve blood circulation. Rotation may the spasm, tortion and the compression of the vertebral basal artery,correct the dislocation of the vertebral joint and maintain the balance of the body.更多还原
