【摘要】 目的:为了进一步明确经皮穿刺椎间盘切除术(PLD)的治疗机理。方法:本文对58例经皮穿刺椎间盘切除术的病人进行了随访,并将术前术后的CT或MRI进行比较。结果:PLD术后椎间盘突出无明显的形态学改变。结论:经皮穿刺椎间盘切除术后椎间盘的形态变化不是经皮穿刺椎间盘切除术症状缓解的原因,而椎间盘减压和神经根周围的化学变化可能是症状缓解的机理更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To determine the possible mechanisms of percutaneous lumbar discectomy(PLD).Methods:58 cases had been followed up for 12 months to 18 months.The computerized tomography scans or the magnectic resonanse imagings before and after operation were compared.Results:There was no defference in appearance of the disc before and after PLD.Conclusions:The morphologic changes of the disc are not an important cause in relief of the symptoms.The possible mechanisms are decompression of the disc and chemical changes in area surrounding nerve roots after operation.更多还原
