【摘要】 目的：评价 Ｄｉｃｋ 钉治疗不稳定性胸腰椎骨折及脊髓损伤的效果。方法： 单纯复位加 Ｄｉｃｋ 固定６５ 例， Ｄｉｃｋ 固定后植骨１９ 例，相邻两个椎体骨折采用长跨度 Ｄｉｃｋ 钉固定。术后卧床休息４ － ８ 周。结果：经９ ～４０ 个月随访，疗效满意，各种并发症１６７ ％ 。结论： Ｄｉｃｋ 钉治疗不稳定性胸腰椎骨折仍为目前较为理想之后路器械，只要适应证适当，操作熟练，并发症可进一步减少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:To access the treapeutic effcacy of Disc sceew for unstable thoracolumbar fracture and spinal cord injury.Methods:The results were evaluated in a series of 84 unstable thoracolumbar fractures after operated with Disc screw fixation.In 65 cases simple reduction was performed,19 cases underwent reduction and bone grafting at the same time,and all bi vertebra fractures were fixed with long special Disc screw divides.All patients had kept in bed for 4 8 weeds.Results:After 9～40 months follow up all patients presented satisfactory postoperative results and complication had occurred in 16.7% cases.Conclusions:The Disc screw fixation divided could achieve better stalility in the treatment of unstable thoracolumbar fracture at pressent.If this procedure is performed more skillfully and the indication of operation is selected more carefully,the postoperative complication could decrease further.更多还原
