【摘要】 对四川省１９８９ ～１９９１ 年１０ 株甲型流感病毒的ＨＡ 和ＮＡ 变异作了初步探讨，通过ＨＩ抗原比较分析及病毒自鸡血球表面游离动态等实验，发现目前在四川省流行的甲３ 型流感病毒类似于Ａ３／ 广东／４４／８９ ，但抗原性已有了漂移，１９９０ 年毒株抗原性与８９ 年已有所不同；１０ 株病毒ＮＡ 也可能了发生了漂移，其自红细胞表面游离动态明显不同。在此基础上，对在ＨＩ及抑制素敏感性实验中存在交叉反应的四川／０５７／８９ 作ＮＩ，证实其为Ｎ２ 亚型，从而确证该毒株为Ｈ１Ｎ２ 。更多还原
