【摘要】 ２１ 年来，我校的专科教育在为地方培养人才、发展文化科学技术和服务社会方面作出了巨大的贡献，取得了令人瞩目的成绩。但是，由于种种原因，我校的专科教育也存在着亟待解决的问题，如办学特色不够明显、人才培养模式未能准确定位、教育思想观念相对滞后等。要解决上述问题就必须推进我校专科教育教学改革与发展。推进我校专科教育教学改革与发展，必须以“转变观念、准确定位、突出特色”为基本思路，以“两项改革”和“两个建设”作为主要内容，以实施新的《教学方案》，全面推行综合素质教育为重点，以教学方法和手段的改革为突破口。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the last 21 years,great contributions and prominent achievements have been made by the faculties of professional training in JYU in training talents for the region,developing culture and science,serving the society at large. However,due to various reasons,imperative problems remain: features of training are not sufficiently distinct; model of training is not accurately positioned and educational conceptions are somewhat backward. The solutions lie in boosting the education and teaching reforms and developments;These reforms and developments shall follow the principle of “transforming mentality,accuratc positioning,and highlighting features”; feature “two reforms” and “two set-ups”; underline the implementation of “New Syllabus” which aims at the overall effecting of quality education; and breakthroug through the reforms of teaching methods and means.更多还原
