【Abstract】 The working mode of the winding machine, winding technology and the key factors effecting quality of the winded product are anylised at first. The structure, composition and the formation method of a new type NC cloth tape winding machine are introduced in detail. It is also introduced the four new parts: The machine body, The CNC System, the industrial control system and heating cooling system, as well as its functions and working principle are described.
