【Abstract】 Product date management(PDM)is a data management technology newly emerged in recent years to meet needs at higher levels for information management in enterprises, and the bill of materials (BOM) is the vital data base for the PDM system structure and configuration management. In this paper, the logical design and functional modules of the assembly BOM database are presented, an analysis is made as to how to improve the capability of au-tomatic BOM generation, and the clues and effective methods to realize it are put forward.更多还原
