【Abstract】 The concept of knowledge-based automobile engine fault diagnostic system is expounded. Automobile engine fault diagnosis can be realized by summarizing the experience and knowledge of automobile engine fault diagnostic experts, following diagnostic reasoning, and adopting production rule and frame-expression and depth-first search strategy.
