【摘要】 ４５例典型心绞痛患者接受冠状动脉造影术，其中包括劳力性心绞痛２７例，自发性心绞痛４例，劳力性＋自发性心绞痛１４例。冠状动脉造影结果显示：劳力性心绞痛冠脉异常者２４例，正常者３例；自发性心绞痛冠脉异常者３例，正常者１例；劳力性＋自发性心绞痛冠脉异常者１３例，正常者１例。对于临床上已确诊冠心病心绞痛，而冠状动脉造影正常者，应联系临床资料细心分析其原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 patients with typical angina pectoris (effort angina 27. spontaeous angina 4. mixed angina 14) under went coronary angiography. The coronary abnormal and normal results in these three subgroup were 24 vs3, 3vs1 and 13 vs1 respectively.
