【摘要】 目的　探讨人工流产术前应用小剂量米索前列醇对宫颈的扩张作用。方法　选择孕３５ ～７０ｄ 要求人流的孕妇７５例，随机分为Ａ、Ｂ 两组，Ａ 组于人流术前２ｈ 口服米索前列醇０ ．２ ｍ ｇ ；Ｂ 组不服药。结果　Ａ、Ｂ 两组术时宫颈扩张总有效率分别为８４ ．６２ ％ 、１１ ．１１ ％ ；Ａ、Ｂ 两组人流综合症发生率分别为０ 、２２ ．２２ ％ ；其他副反应的发生率分别为２０ ．５１ ％ 、５５ ．５６ ％ ；Ａ组术中出血量明显低于 Ｂ 组； 差异均有显著性意义（ Ｐ ＜０ ．００５） 。结论　人工流产术前口服小剂量米索前列醇可有效扩张宫颈，减少术中出血，减少人流综合症及副反应发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To study the effect of low dose misoprostol on cervical dilatation before induced abortion operation.Methods\ 75 pregnant women in the seventh to tenth week of qestation who required induced abortion operation were divided randomly into A、B group.A group,0.2mg of misoprstol were given orally 2h before induced abortion.B group misoprostol was not given. Results\ Total effective rate of cervical dilatation of A and B group were 84.62% and 11.11% respectively;thg occuring rate of induced abortion syndrome were 0 and 22.22% respectively;The occuring rate of other side effect were 20.51% and 55.56% respectively.The amount of bleeding within operation of group A were evidently less than group B(P<0.005). Conclusion\ Low dose misoprostol given before induced abortion could dilating cervical canals,reducing amount of bleeding,and decreasing occuring rate of induced abortion syndrome and other side-effect.更多还原
