【摘要】 目的　研究五黄油在烧伤创面中的应用。方法　用五黄油治疗烧伤病人５３６５２ 例。结果　五黄油对烧伤创面平均愈合时间：浅Ⅱ度创面７ ～１２ｄ ，深Ⅱ度创面２０ ～２１ｄ ，Ⅲ度创面使焦痂软化、促进溶解，２０ ～２４ｄ 脱痂。结论　五黄油具有活血化瘀、祛腐生肌、收敛、消炎、止痛、促进上皮生长的作用，是较理想的烧伤创面外用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To study the application on treatment of burn wound with Wuhuang oil.Method\ 53652 patients with burn were treated by Wuhuang oil. Results\ The average healing time of shallow second degree burn wounds was 7～12 days,and that of deep second degree burn wounds was 20～21 days.Wuhuang oil could also dissolve eschar of third begree burns.Conclusion\ Wuhuang oil,which could improve microcirculation and promote the epidermis growth,is an ideal topical agent for burn wounds.更多还原
