【摘要】 探讨ＡＮＰ与ＥＴ在正常妊娠和妊高征中血浆水平变化规律及其相互关系。采用ＲＩＡ正常非孕妇２０例，正常妊娠早孕２０例、晚孕２０例、产后２０例、脐血１６例以及妊高征孕妇３０例、产后２０例、脐血１６例血浆ＡＮＰ与ＥＴ浓度。结果：（１）血浆ＡＮＰ水平变化规律：正常妊娠是脐血组＞正常晚孕组＞产后组＞早孕组＞非孕组，后四组之间无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），但与脐血组之间有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）；妊高征是脐血组＞孕妇组＞产后组，但无统计学差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。（２）血浆ＥＴ水平变化规律：正常妊娠是脐血组＞正常晚孕组＞早孕组＞非孕组＞产后组，后四组之间无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），但与脐血组之间有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）；妊高征脐血组＞孕妇组＞产后组，但无统计学差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。（３）正常妊娠与妊高征血浆ＡＮＰ和ＥＴ水平比较均是：妊高征孕妇组、产后组＞正常晚孕组、产后组（Ｐ＜０．０１），脐血组之间变化不明显（Ｐ＞０．０５）。（４）在正常妊娠和妊高征中，血浆ＡＮＰ水平与尿蛋白呈负相关（ｒ＝－０．３３，Ｐ＜０．０５）；血浆ＥＴ水平与收缩压呈正相关（ｒ＝０．２０，Ｐ＜０．０５）；血浆ＡＮＰ与ＥＴ之间呈正相关（ｒ＝０．?更多还原

【Abstract】 The changes in levels of plasma ANP and ET and their correlations in normal pregnancy and PIH were studied by radioimmunoassay.The blood specimens were taken from the normal group (including 20 non pregnancies,20 early and 20 late pregnancies,20 puerpera and 16 umbilical cords) and PIH group (imcluding 30 pregnancies,20 puerpera and 16 umbilical cords).The results were:(1)Levels of plasma ANP according to their sources from the normal group were ranked:umbilical cord>late pregnancy>puerpera>early pregnancy>non pregnancy),very significant difference was shown between plasma ANP levels of cord blood and those of the other 4 sources ( P <0.01),but not so between either 2 of these 4 sources ( P >0.05);those from the PIH group were:umbilical cord>pregnancies>puerpera,but without statistical significance ( P >0.05).(2)Levels of plasma ET of the normal group were:umbilical cord>late pregnancies>early pregnancies>non pregnancies,significant difference was shown between plasma ET levels of cord blood and those of other 4 sources ( P <0.05),but not so between either 2 of these 4 sources ( P >0.05);from the PIH group,umbilical cord>pregnancies>puerpera,but without statistical significance.(3)Comparison of levels of plasma ANP and ET showed those from PIH and puerpera>those from normal late pregnancies and puerpera ( P <0.01),but no significant difference in cord blood between the 2 groups ( P >0.05).(4)The level of plasma ANP and urine protein in both normal pregnancy and PIH were negatively correlated (r= 0.33, P <0.05),plasma ET level and systolic pressure were positively correlated (r=0.20, P <0.05),plasma ANP and ET were positively correlated (r=0.96, P <0.01).It is concluded that plasma ANP and ET play an important role in the course of normal pregnancy and pathogenesis of PIH by interacting and interferring with each other.更多还原
