【摘要】 目的 :探讨黄连素与阿奇霉素联用对幽门螺杆菌的疗效。方法 :5 8例幽门螺杆菌感染性慢性胃病 (男 36例 ,女 2 2例 )餐前口服黄连素片共 4周 ,同时餐前口服阿奇霉素片共 1周 ;以及餐后口服地奥心血康胶囊与复方维生素 B片共 4周。结果 :治疗后 ,5 8例 HP清除率为 96.6% ( 5 6/5 8) ;停药 1月后随访复查 46例 HP( - )患者 ,其 HP根除率为 89.1% ( 41/ 46)。结论 :此二药联用疗效显著 ,而且起效快 ,付作用少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of using berbering and azithromycin together to treat helicobacter pylori infectious.Methods:58 Cases (M36,F22) of helicobacter pylori infectious chronic gastropathy:Berberine tablets doses before each meal,for 4 week;and azithromycin tablets doses before each meal,for 1 week;and Di ao xin xue kang Capsules and VitBco tablets doses after meal,for 4 week.Results:After treatment,the clearace in 58 cases of HP is 96.6%(56/58);After treatment for one month,We reckecked 46 cases of HP(-),the eradication of HP is 89.1% (41/46).Conclusion:the berberine and Azithromycin together to treat helicobacter pylori infectious chronic gastropathy high in efficacy,moreover,this medicaion takes effect quickly,and has little Side effect.更多还原
