间苯氧基甲苯合成工艺研究
STUDY ON THE SYNTHESIS PROCESSING OF META - PHENOXYTOLUENE
【摘要】 对常压下合成间苯氧基甲苯的方法进行改进并应用于工业化。通过改变催化剂、脱水方式、投料方式、反应时间和温度等一系列反应条件,探索其对合成的影响,得到产率可达90%的最佳反应条件。
【Abstract】 The synthesis processing of meta - phenoxytoluene at normal pressure were studied. A series experiment data had been compared by changing the catalyst, ways of removing water and feeding materials, reaction temperature and time. The most preferred condition that the reachable production efficiency may be 90% were obtained.
