α-氨基苯乙酮衍生物的合成和应用
STUDY ON THE SYNTHESIS AND APPLICATION OF α－AMINOACETOPHENONE DERIVATIVES
【摘要】 以α－溴代酮为原料，通过氨解、季铵化、Ｓｔｅｖｅｎｓ重排和亲核取代等多步反应，合成了光引发剂１－对吗啉苯基－２－二甲氨基－２－苄基－１－丁酮Ｉｒｇａｃｕｒｅ ３６９）等五种化合物，其中 ３６９的收率大于５５％。测试了产物的物理性质，对结构进行了表征，并对其光引发性能进行了研究。
【Abstract】 The photoinitiators 2 - Dimethylamino - 1-[4-(4 - morpholingphenyl]- 2 - benyl - 1- bulanone (Irgacure 369) and etc. were synthesized from α- Bromoketone with aminolysis, quaternization, Stevens rearrangement and nucleophilic substitution. The yield of Irgacure 369 was > 55%. The physical property of the products were tested and the products structures were characterized. Further, photoinitiability of the compounds were tested.
