渐开圆柱面SPLIT钻数学模型
The mathematical model of SPLIT drill with involute cylindrical surface
【摘要】 SPLIT钻是一种先进钻型,在生产中得到了广泛地应用。复合材料是难加工材料,基于SPLIT钻的优点,将SPLIT钻应用于复合材料的加工,并进行钻头结构参数和切削参数的优化是一项有意义的工作。为此,先建立SPLIT钻的数学模型,并进行刃磨。然后,在高速钻削试验台上进行钻削试验,进行参数优化。本文建立了基于渐开圆柱面的SPLIT钻数学模型,并进行了实际刃磨。渐开圆柱面是在圆柱面刃磨的基础上增加一个垂直于钻头轴线的进给运动而形成的,具有五个刃磨参数。本文应用包络原理建立了渐开圆柱面后刀面的数学模型,并从简化机床结构的角度出发,将一个参数固定。
【Abstract】 SPLIT drill is a kind of advanced drill style and has got broad application in productions.The compound material is a hard machning material.In view of the advantages of SPLIT drill,it is a meaningful job to let the SPLIT drill be applied to the processing of compound materials and to carrying out the optimization on parameter of drill construction and parameter of machining.For this reason,the mathematical model is firstly being established,and go on edge grinding.The parametric optimization is advanced afterwards through carrying on drilling test on a high speed drilling experimantal banch.This paper established the mathematical model of SPLIT drill basing on the involute cylindrical surface,and conducted real edge grinding.The involute cylindrical surface possesses five parameters of edge grinding and is formed by adding a feed movement perpendicular to the axis of drill based on the edge grinding of cylindrical surface.This paper uses the envelope principle to build the mathematical model of rear edge surface of the involute cylindrical blank,and start from the point of view of simplifying the structure of machine tool one of the parameters is set to be fixed.
