圆弧圆柱蜗杆传动变形的理论研究
A theoretical study on the deformation of are cylindrical worm drive
【摘要】 本文采用现代化CAD/CAM 核心技术之一———基于特征的参数化建模技术,应用最新的I- DEAS Master Series 5 .0 软件,对圆弧圆柱蜗杆传动的变形和应力进行了理论分析和计算,并将结果与应用埋丝法测试技术测试结果进行对比,收到了令人满意的效果。
【Abstract】 By adopting one of the kernel technique of modernized CAD/CAM——the characteristic based parametrized modeling method, and applying the newest I-DEAS Master series 5.0 software this paper carried out a theoretical analysis and calculation on the strain and stress of ZC 1 worm drive. A comparison was made between the above result and the testing result from applying the testing technique of embedded wire method and thus obtained a satisfactory effect.
