【Abstract】 Rabbit haemorrhagic disease virus (RHDV) were purified from the infected liver emulsion by freezing and thawing, chioroform extraction, PEG precipitation and Sepharose-4B Chromatography. Eight peptides were scanned by uliraviolet (560nm) after isoelectric focusing the isoelectric point and the relative quantity of each peptide are A:6.3, 18.50%;B:6.7, 11.22%;C:7.4, 4.90%;D:7.7, 8.53%;E:8.1, 7.27%;F:8.7, 12.44%;G:9.0, 16.18%;H:9.5, 22.27% respectively. The results showed the proteins of RHDV are mainly composed of basic proteins.更多还原
